5 Holistic Approaches to Time Management ENTREPRENEUR

There are many things that you have to do every day as an entrepreneur. Time management is a big part of success. You need to manage teams, use social media to reach prospects, manage your customers, and implement marketing strategies. There is so much more you need to do, and many of those things take time.

While there are many apps that can help you manage time and be more productive, you can also do holistic things. To be optimal you have to be healthy. If you don’t feel good, you won’t think well and everything will take longer to finish. There are five things you can do to better manage your time. While they are indirect solutions, they will help you. They also help you stand out in many different ways. So it is good to make it a habit in your life.

We have to turn now. This is especially true as we navigate the world of Covid-19. You may still be implementing changes to make your business thrive in this environment. With so much uncertainty, you really need to let your moments count. Your entrepreneurship must be in tip-top shape to weather this storm. This is why concepts of evergreen nature are so important. This includes essential aspects such as leadership, marketing and productivity.

Sure, there are plenty of tips out there to help you manage your time and be more productive. There are great strategies out there, but something they don’t usually tell you is that with all of this, your health is important. Studies have shown that employees who do not eat right are 66% more likely to be unable to be productive. Given the amount of stress many experience, it is more important than ever to have a holistic approach to your life to everything. This includes productivity.

The five magical holistic ingredients for productivity include:

  • diet
  • sleep
  • fitness
  • breathing
  • meditation


It is important to provide your body with nutrient-rich foods. Many business owners don’t eat right because of them I don’t have time to prepare good food. You can go out a lot for lunch or just grab a quick ramen noodle or granola bar (full of sugar). They don’t work so well if you don’t eat right. A balanced diet is very important. Also how much you eat and how often counts.

Protein is brain food. So bring an avocado, tuna, or hard-boiled egg to work. Fiber is also important. Be sure to eat your vegetables. The cutting up is not that time consuming, and you will feel better and more effective on your work day as you start developing better eating habits. Even if you keep a jar of nut butter around the office, it’s a good snack that works well every day instead of a bar of chocolate. You’ll stay healthier, which means you won’t miss any work days. It is also important to stay hydrated. When you’re dehydrated, you may feel more stressed, find it difficult to concentrate, and feel low energy. Try to drink more water and less coffee. Apparently men should drink on At least 125 ounces of water a day and women should have 91 ounces. Have some water instead of your third or fourth coffee.


If you sleep well, keep going. When you don’t get enough sleep, you suffer and your mind doesn’t work as well as it should. Fitness experts and successful business owners will tell you that sleep helps you become much more productive. A good night’s sleep means 7-8 hours of uninterrupted sleep. It helps you recharge and releases chemicals in your blood that rejuvenate your cells. Whatever stress, tension or melancholy you experienced is worked out in your sleep. Let your body do the healing it needs and go to bed early if you have to, but sleep.


You should take some time to move your body. This may sound so redundant that you won’t believe it’s effective. We are designed to move your body a lot. Sitting at a desk is unnatural and we need to combat these effects. It’s important to your productivity and doesn’t have to take up a lot of time every day. You may have many excuses like being too tired to exercise, but everyone knows the energy comes as soon as you start exercising. Your work productivity will improve dramatically if you increase your heart rate in just 30 minutes.

Some workouts are very intense so you only need to do them for 20 minutes a day. If you do this five days a week it will become a part of your life and you will not know how you lived without it. Make sure that you also do some yoga poses for up to 10 minutes a day. This releases both physical and emotional tension and makes you a productivity machine. Find your routine, find a time each day, and commit to it.

Breath work

Yes, we breathe and that is completely natural. We hardly think about it as it is just something the body does automatically. It is our life force. In yoga there are improved airways that give us more oxygen in the body and brain. Often our breathing only uses the smaller lung cavity, but when we breathe deeper into the abdomen, we can access our full lung capacity.

A few minutes of deep, slow breathing can go a long way. It instantly affects your emotional state, energy levels, and positive behaviors. As you bring more oxygen into the body, you bring more blood flow to the brain, which allows you to think more clearly. If you really want to be productive, deep breathing can be a godsend. Try next time your mind feels blurry.


Productivity needs your focus, and that can give you meditation. With so much distraction, getting things done can be difficult. You can spin your tires and think about all of these different things without really worrying about any of them. We’re dopamine junkiesand we can thank the technology movement for that. Meditation is one way we can negate the effects of what social media and other computer-related activities take away from us.

Studies have shown that meditation changes the way our brains work. It helps reduce the impact of things that affect our productivity. This includes stress, anxiety, and depression. Meditation is the art of simply staying in the moment. Hush. As you improve on this in a supportive setting, you can start using it in your daily life. You can focus on one thing with a clear mindset.

The five tools we mentioned here are basic things that we do as humans. In a way, we’re getting back to our basics. If you want to be productive, get exercise, eat foods that keep your mind and body going, drink plenty of water, and start meditating a little. These things will vastly improve the way you manage your time and how productive you are.
