TGIF! That short week passed and I can’t believe it’s the weekend already. Thomas and I have little plans other than preparing for our trip to Scottsdale next week! I am very happy to see my father after not seeing him in months and it will be nice to change landscapes. We haven’t left the east coast in 7 months!
This blog post has been a long time coming and I will be detailing all of my favorite jewelry and brands in great detail. If you can’t already tell, I’m a huge fan of gold jewelry and I never wear silver. I like the way gold jewelry looks and I find that it is the perfect mix of timeless and trendy. Here are some of my favorite pieces!
My favorite jewelry
Cartier love bracelet
I’ll start with my investment jewelry first. My absolute favorite piece of jewelry is mine Cartier love bracelet. I bought it 6 years ago in Paris after going through a difficult breakup. I see it as a symbol of “self-love” and it is often the only piece of jewelry I wear. It’s a treat, but something you will have forever. I love that too Ring version that comes with a tiny diamond (you can get it without it too) – so pretty. Lots of people like to put one on their love bracelet Juste un Clou braceletbut it’s not my favorite. It’s just a little too tough / trendy.
Vintage Rolex Day-Date watch
I rarely wear watches anymore, but when I do, this is it Vintage Rolex. I wore one a lot similar Michael Kors version for more than a decade before upgrading. That’s another great similar style. A Rolex is more than classic and will never go out of style. The one I have is actually a Men’s watch with a 36mm dial. In my opinion, it looks a lot cooler than a small ladies watch.
Lee Brevard Charm Earrings
I am always asked about the earrings I wear because I rarely take them off (like maybe 5 times a year)! I’ve been wearing this Lee Brevard Charm Earrings since high school – they are the best! You can mix and match the charms and metals. My ears are double pierced so I have 2 different charms. I have the 18 carat gold rings with me these charms and these charms. The great thing about them is that they never rust, don’t irritate your ear, and look really classy. They make the perfect gift too!
Julie Vos hoop earrings
On the rare occasion I change my earrings, they are for a fun couple Gold hoops. I own a ton of Julie Vos pieces (she’s based in NYC) and I make super high quality, affordable costume jewelry. The exact pair of tires I have was from years ago and she no longer wears them, but she has a ton of other options here on your side.
Missoma gold coin necklaces
I wear several different ones gold necklacesbut many of them are from Missoma. Your collection is beautiful and I own around 10 of your pieces. The Lucy Williams coin collection is the one i can’t get enough of I usually shift this necklace, thisand or this together.
Awe Inspired Goddess Necklace
This Goddess Gold Charm Necklace is also one of the best pieces. I always get compliments. The brand has tons of other pretty necklaces too!
Chunky gold necklaces from Brinker and Eliza
This mother-daughter duo from CT designs such unique pieces. They are all insanely affordable and yet look a lot more expensive than they are! I have this gold chain necklace, and this from their collection.
Fleuri dainty pearl necklace
Fleuri jewelry is so dainty and elegant. I literally want one of all on your side. I wear that Pearl necklace a tonne!
Vintage Chanel chain
Heather Gardner Lariat
This lariat is soooo sexy and subtle. Heather lives in Malibu and all of her lariats are to die for. She really has an eye for making bohemian chic pieces.
Jill gold collar necklace
This simple, chic necklace with gold collar is beautifully worn alone or covered with a lariat or a delicate gold chain. I love to wear it on date nights, on special occasions, or even just with a silk cami and blazer for a more modern look.
Jennifer Zeuner Gold Link Ring
I’ve had that golden link ring for years. She updated the links slightly over the years, but it still looks almost identical to mine. I recently had it plated in 14k gold at a local jeweler because I wash my hands with it. I used to take my rings off when I washed my hands, but I always left them behind so I keep them on now!
Omi Woods signet ring
This black owned company has the most beautiful gold jewelry! I just bought this Signet ring from them a few weeks ago and am so happy with it.
Gold bubble ring
I bought a thick gold bubble style ring in a small boutique in Venice years ago, but can’t remember what brand it is! This from Buildable looks identical and is a fraction of the price. I like the way they layered the two rings in the photo. I’m tempted to order them as a backup when I’m traveling!
Aurelie Bidermann etched ring
The ring in this photo is from Aurelie Bidermann years ago and sadly sold out, but I highly recommend checking out their line. Everything is stunning and well done.
Jewelry wish list
There you have it! My favorite pieces of jewelry worn most often. TBH I’m not a huge fan of diamonds (I know it’s shocking haha!), Except of course an engagement ring !!! I just never see myself rocking a diamond tennis bracelet or diamond stud earrings. I don’t know – it was just never my style! I love simple, well-made gold jewelry. In terms of wishlist jewelry, the only other everyday jewelry I coveted is a Van Cleef and Arpels Alhambra Mother of pearl necklace, ring or bracelet. I think I would wear the necklace a lot more than the bracelet, but hey if someone wanted to get me both I would be fine;) What are some of your favorite jewelry brands or designers? Would love to know what’s in your collection!
