Eating mussels the first week of September is a tradition in northern France, where I was born, and even if I no longer live there, I continue to pay tribute to the tradition. I love it so much that thanks to various recipes I have eaten mussels all weekend.
I ended the festival with a delicious and healthy Honghap Miyeokguk.
