How to create a Mailchimp popup (step by step) : MARKETING

Step 7: personalize the teaser

After you’ve put the finishing touches to your popup, it’s time to customize the teaser.

If you’re unfamiliar, a teaser is a small box that appears at the bottom of a page before a popup is triggered. When a visitor closes the popup, it returns to its position, but it stays in place for the visitor to reopen if they later change their mind.

In other words, you can always sign up for your newsletter, but that doesn’t get in the way.

This is what the standard teaser looks like.
