Is the Pumpkin Spice Latte Keto?
When I originally published this recipe, my primary focus was that it was dairy-free. The no added sugar aspect was just a bonus!
After my youngest daughter was born, I started the keto diet to shed the last of the stubborn baby fat. I then discovered that this dairy-free pumpkin spice latte is keto-friendly too, as it only has 1g net carbohydrates per serving!

How To Make A Keto Pumpkin Spice Latte
Mix all ingredients in a blender and stir until smooth and creamy. If desired, add a teaspoon of sugar-free maple syrup or a pinch of your favorite keto sweetener.
Tip: We use our personal sized NutriBullet Ninja mixer for smaller batch recipes like this one. Super easy to use and clean! (You can Find them here on Amazon).
Pour your PSL coffee creamer into a mason jar or airtight container for storage, as you won't need everything for a latte. You have enough for a whole week of pumpkin spice latte!
Add 1-2 spoons of your PSL milk jug to hot brewed coffee or espresso and whisk everything until a light foam forms on top.
For extra decadent foam, use a Milk frother and sprinkle with cinnamon.
How to store your sugar-free pumpkin spice coffee cream
Store the creamer in an airtight container in the refrigerator and it will stay fresh for 1-2 weeks. As with any creamer or homemade recipe, I do a quick sniff test to make sure it's been in the fridge for a while.
Shake well before use for best results.
