This is an incredible Canadian success story. You may not know the company by name, but you likely refilled at one of the gas stations. You may also have bought some snacks from their grocery store before heading out.
Alimentation Couche-Tard is the second largest convenience store chain and one of the largest petrol station operators in the world. You operate this District K. Places you are likely to be familiar with and of course Couche-tard in Quebec. They operate under many other names and license agreements in North America and around the world.
As of 2019, Couche-Tard operated in 27 countries and territories and planned to expand its presence in Asia and Australia. As of 2004, they have made more than 60 acquisitions and added over 10,000 locations.
