Realme launched its new Realme 7 and Realme 7 Pro phones. So let’s discuss the key differences between Realme 6 and Realme 7.
It’s not a huge upgrade from Realme 6, but there are a few changes. The minor changes affect the design, chipset, battery and camera.
The back of the phone is made of plastic and the camera module is slightly different. It looks classy. It also has a side-mounted fingerprint scanner.
It has a 6.5-inch FHD + IPS LCD display with a refresh rate of 90 Hz that is protected with Corning Gorilla Glass 3.
This comes with Mediatek Helio G95 with 6 or 8 GB DDR4 RAM and 64 or 128 GB UFS 2.1 speed memory.
It can handle high-end games too. It can handle ASPHALT 9 and Call of Duty with no shutters and no delays, but not in top-end graphics.
Realme 7 has a quad camera setup on the back and it’s the same setup for Realme 7 Pro. The main sensor is 64MP f / 1.8, the depth sensor is 2MP f / 2.4, the macro camera is 2MP f / 2.4, and the 8MP ultra wide angle lens. It’s definitely a good upgrade over Realme 6 as the photos were taken well and with good detail. There’s an option included that wasn’t in Realme 6. This is the ultra steady mode which is pretty impressive. It is really good that we can get good stabilization when we record video. Selfies are identical to Realme 6 in that the same 16-megapixel camera is used on the front.
It has a massive upgrade in the battery segment, it has a 5000 mAh battery with 30W dart charge. Since it charges 30W, it can be charged very quickly. So the battery is not a problem.
Upgrades through Realme 6
- G95 chipset
