How to use version history in Google Slides : Educational Technology

Last week I received an email from a reader who wanted to know if there was a way to share a series of Google Slides with a group of students, but limited them to working on one or two slides within the slideshow. Unfortunately, there is no way to bind students to specific slides in a shared slideshow. Since this is not possible, the best thing to do is to use the Version History in Google Slides to keep track of changes made to a shared slideshow.

By doing following video I’ll show how to use Version History in Google Slides to see the changes made to a shared slideshow. In the version history, you can see who made changes, when the changes were made, and name each version of the slide show. Most of all, the video shows you how to go back to a previous version of a Google Slides slide show.

In a similar context, Here’s how to selectively copy slides from one Google Slides presentation to the next.
