Self-care is more important today than ever in 2020, and while I recently wrote about great ways you can take care of your wellbeing at home, nothing like indulging in a spa day. Whether you just need to recharge or celebrate a special occasion, pay a visit to The spa at Auberge Beach You will feel like a refreshed person. As part of the beautiful Auberge Beach Residences by the sea, this spa is open to everyone, not just residents.
The spa at Auberge Beach takes its inspiration from the surroundings and focuses on the healing properties of the sea, salt, sand and sound. The interiors are immaculately designed with cool tones, marble elements, amazing light and lots of space. There is a wonderful river running through the property and of course you are right on the ocean so you can enjoy pristine views of the beach.

The Spa at Auberge Beach has recently done everything it can to ensure the safety of all spa guests by following CDC standards and new industry guidelines and providing personal protective equipment to its staff. In fact, they even offer some self-guided, contactless services!

Everything at the spa at Auberge Beach is state-of-the-art, including quartz treatment beds, salt caves, infrared saunas, steam rooms, and much more. I love the large outdoor terrace and the three spa gardens treatment cabanas that make you feel even more secure because you are outside. From Thursday, September 10th, from 7 to 10 p.m. you can enjoy the special Cabana Nights with outdoor massages, music, a fireplace and an Aperol Spritz! Call 754-900-4067 to make an appointment.

The spa menu at Auberge Beach is extensive and offers massages, facial, nail, hair and beauty bar services. With every treatment you book here, you will receive free valet parking as well as a glass of Prosecco, tea and spa snacks.
Please note the temporary changes due to COVID-10: the steam bath, salt room and sauna are temporarily closed, as is access to the beach. Waxing services are temporarily unavailable.

In terms of massages, the spa at Auberge Beach offers a bespoke massage that is suitable for absolutely everyone. I love getting this hot lava stone massage. I can also choose which oils to use, a preference for light versus firm touch techniques, and more. Your lavender oil is my all time favorite!

For example, the Napa Mudslide is a great new treatment that cleans, nourishes, and resorts with bespoke mineral-infused salts, clay, and pure essential oils. You can self-scrub, rinse, apply clay mud on your body, and then step into a private steam room. Then rinse, hydrate and make yourself comfortable in one of the weightless vibration loungers with a meditative headset for a deep, relaxing break.
Your personal refuge treatment is also a special one that will help you rebalance your life by creating a personal space for a person. First, cocoon in your warm quartz bed with a self-applied layer of CBD cream combined with essential oils while you absorb the quartz energy. Meanwhile, listen to meditative binaural beats to free yourself from stress and tension.

I particularly like the facials and massages that are offered at the spa at Auberge Beach. The organic facial is perfect for anyone who has recently experienced a lifestyle change, illness, or stress that has caused your skin to become dull and unbalanced. They used advanced means of detoxifying and restoring your skin to encourage healthy skin cell turnover. This facial includes a deep peel, professional strength peel, and vitamin C infusions. Everything can be customized to suit your skin’s immediate needs!
If you want to fully relax before or after one of your treatments, a private meditation room is available for you.

I felt very safe during all of my treatments due to their careful care. Wear your mask when you enter the spa at Auberge Beach and you will be asked if you would like a glass of Prosecco or water on arrival. Then you will be escorted to a locker room to put on your robe and they will make sure you don’t touch everything around you. You will be asked to wash your hands before your services begin.
When you get a massage, place your mask in a tray next to the sink and lie face down on the table. When it’s time to turn around, bring the tray over and you put your mask on for the remainder of the treatment. It is your choice whether or not your therapist should wear gloves. For facial treatments, therapists wear both a mask and face shield.

Before booking treatments, always check that they are up to date Special offer on-line. With a dedicated staff, ocean views, and invigorating treatments, a day at the spa at Auberge Beach can improve everyone’s wellbeing.
