Mary-Clare Hill has joined Pacific Sotheby’s International Leadership Team as Director of Training & Agent Development and Assistant Manager for the San Diego area. In this role, Hill will assist Ryan Secrist, vice president and general manager of San Diego County, with overseeing revenue growth, recruiting and training agents for the company.

Prior to moving to San Diego, Hill was Director of Training and Agent Development at Briggs Freeman Sotheby’s International Realty in Dallas, where she developed a curriculum for the company’s 400 in both the classroom and webinar Luxury real estate professionals. In addition, she built a live and on-demand learning management system and offered agents one-on-one coaching and business planning to increase their sales productivity.
