PTI Post UTME Screening Details Announcement
This is to inform all aspirants and candidates who have chosen the Petroleum Training Institute, Effurun, as an election at the UTME (Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination 2020), that:
- All candidates who have chosen PETROLEUM TRAINING INSTITUTE, EFFURUN as the institution’s first choice and who have scored 120 or more points can apply for the post-UTME screening exercise 2020/2021.
- All candidates who have not chosen PETROLEUM TRAINING INSTITUTE, EFFURUN as the institution’s first choice and have scored 120 or more points and are willing to change their first choice to PTI before the screening date can also apply for the post Apply for UTME screening 2020/2021.

PTI ND courses:

How to apply for the PTI Post UTME form:
The registration fee for the Post-UTME admission form is N2,000.00 and the payment procedure is as follows:
- visit www.pti.edu.ng.
- Click on “Admission Menu” and then on “Apply for UTME”
- Complete the online sign on page and click “Click here to log in” at the bottom of the page (Note: Make a note of the username and password for future reference and click “Submit”).
- This will take you to the RRR (Remita Retrieval Reference) page, where you will generate the RRR code.
- Print out the RRR code page and take it to any bank for payment. Make sure you keep the RRR expression.
- After paying 2000 naira, which is the cost of each application form, return to the PTI website (www.pti.edu.ng) and click on “Back to my application” in the “Admission” menu.
- Enter your username and password and click Sign In.
- Complete the online post UTME screening form that will appear in the exam / interview center along with your RRR code printout, JAMB score, and O’level score.
Candidates must enter their correct JAMB registration number, valid mobile phone number and email address that the institute will use to communicate with the candidates.
Candidates should note that inconsistencies in names, pictures on photo cards, O’level certificates, UTME scores, and other registration documents are unacceptable to the institute and may result in the disqualification of defaulting candidates.

PTI Post UTME Review Plan
This is to inform all candidates that the post-UTME screening exercise for the 2020/2021 academic session has been postponed as follows:
Date: Saturday 19th September 2020.
Time: 12:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m.
“Additional exams are to be scheduled on November 21 only for those who may have missed the first schedule due to their participation in WAEC and NECO exams. It is strictly forbidden to take the exams twice. “
Candidates should note that the screening exercise must be done online. It is recommended to strictly adhere to the designated date and time, as no rescheduled exams would take place for candidates who missed the exercise.
Candidates should also note that it is not advisable to run the test on a GSM phone or its hotspot as incoming calls can create serious obstacles.
Candidates are advised to ensure they have a good internet connection before the scheduled time for their screening test.
The application portal will be closed on 18thth from November 2020 and requests after the deadline would not be earmarked for screening.
Candidates are advised to always check the website for updates prior to the scheduled date of the screening exercise.
Candidates are strongly advised to stay in their various locations to take the exams and not be anywhere near the PTI premise as the exams are meant to be online.
The link to login for the exam is provided in the PORTAL menu and is 2020 POST UMTE EXAMS. The candidates use their application number as their login ID and password, e.g. B. PTI / UTME / 0000XX / 20, both for the user login and for the password.
