In a relationship with bmo harris bank, the Illinois Restaurant Associationand a California-based design company ideo, the Chicago Winter Restaurant Challenge, a one-of-a-kind competition that allows community members to reinterpret the winter outdoor dining experience in frosty Chicago. The competition awards three cash prizes of $ 5,000 for the best ideas in each of the following categories: “Exterior Structures”, “Adjacent Spaces”, and “Behavior Changes That Make Winter Eating More Attractive”.
