Q2: What is your role at IObit.com? What does an ordinary day look like when managing your partner relationships?
My role at IObit.com is to manage the affiliate program and keep growing. My main responsibilities include setting an appropriate growth target for the IObit partner program, developing the growth strategies, creating the work plan for team members, recruiting new partners, and managing partner relationships.
My work day is busy but fulfilled. The first thing I do when I get to the office is to check the partner’s sales report. This helps me better learn about my partners’ campaign performance and find problems such as: B. the fact that broken affiliate links are always accompanied by a sudden drop in sales, that irrelevant traffic always leads to a low conversion rate and more. I then share the performance data with my partners and give suggestions to help them make adjustments and optimize their advertising campaigns. Compared to the standard cookie lifespan of 30 days, we offer a longer cookie duration of 120 days. With the custom version, partners can also write their partner ID in the programs so that their cookies do not expire.
