I think I was a little optimistic about my last health update: Post-Concussion Syndrome can last for weeks or weeks Months and I definitely haven’t fully recovered. Some days I still get incompetent headaches and sometimes I have trouble finding the right word when I speak. Plus fatigue, insomnia, and a severe lack of focus and energy … I work when I can, but some days I’m just not able to.

And I seem to have some memory lapses too, which is quite unsettling. For example, I wrote last week’s blog post three weeks ago, but not only did I forget to post it, me too I forgot that I even wrote it

How does this affect you? Thanks to all of that, I’ve just realized that some customer inquiries may have slipped through the cracks. I don’t have the energy to wade through emails and messages from other channels for a month and get in touch with everyone to see if I’ve completed your request. So I won’t start again until today.

Having all of my customer support requests in one place will make it much easier for you to manage them while I continue my recovery.

Thank you for your continued patience, and I’m so sorry if your message got past me – it’s incredibly frustrating for me too. This isn’t the level of customer service I’m known for, but I can’t just ask for better! I strongly recommend that you avoid head injuries when you have this option … 🙂
