A delicious, fine dining concept is located on the picturesque grounds of Jumeirah Al Nasseem: KAYTO, an exotic Peuvian-Nikkei pop-up restaurant under the direction of Japanese-Argentinian chef Christian Goya.
The restaurant offers its guests a reflective view of the icon Burj Al ArabThe interior is contemporary with a blushing pink palette that provides an elegant setting for dinner. My favorite was Dragon Roll Sushi, beautifully presented salmon sashimi and delicious Miso Black Cod. The cocktails deserve a separate mention, with delicious flavors and a stunning presentation.
