THE DESIGN CHASER

NB Apartment by Artem Trigubchak

Today’s inspiration is courtesy of Artem Trigubchak, a talented architect and interior designer who lives in Kiev, Ukraine. The refined and elegant interior offers a clean and soothing palette of neutral colors and a warm materiality that combines subtly rendered walls and beautiful wooden elements.

The minimalist architectural details are complemented by a breathtaking mix of iconic furniture and lighting. In the living room the Tacchini Sesann sofa, a new edition of a historical design by Gianfranco Frattini Architetto, is incredibly inviting with its soft, cozy and enveloping shape. It is paired with that Gubi Pacha Lounge Chair, Lumina Daphine Terra lamp by Tomasso Cimini (as presented in mine last contribution), Cherner armchair, a carpet from Nordic knot, a Charlotte Perriand stooland a work of art by the Danish artist Carsten Beck. The built-in office corner has one Vitra Jean Prouvé chair, with more around the dining table in the adjacent kitchen. Here the rendered wall surface continues down to the kitchen furniture and creates a beautiful, seamless effect, while the stone slab gives a contrasting structural note.

Such a beautiful bedroom, I added it to the Inspo folder for ours upcoming makeover!
