Erin Lee is the founder and Mindfulness Coach of Mindful moments Singapore. She practices mindfulness and is committed to mindfulness as a way of life. It is her personal vision to help more and more people learn mindfulness skills and incorporate mindfulness practices into their daily lives to improve their wellbeing.
Erin is a certified Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) teacher recognized by the Mindfulness-Based Professional Training Institute of the UCSD Center for Mindfulness at the University of California at San Diego (UCSD). Erin has completed intensive stress reduction training for teachers at the UCSD School of Medicine and the advanced intensive program for MBSR and MBCT teachers in California. Erin is trained to teach teenagers and young adults the .b mindfulness program recognized by the Mindfulness in Schools project. Erin holds a Master of Science in Mindfulness Studies from the University of Aberdeen, UK. She is a professional certified stress management consultant recognized by the Institute of Motivational Living.
Erin conducts mindfulness training for corporate customers and organizations in English and Chinese and is also an experienced lecturer for universities of applied sciences.
