The great thing about this recipe is that you can control the heat factor. So if you want it to be spicier, just add more chipotles.

  • 6 tablespoon olive oil
  • 4th Carnations garlic smashed and peeled
  • 2nd tablespoon honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • 2nd Chipotle chiles in adobo sauce (ie Embasa brand)
  • 1 handful Coriander leaves
  • 1 Lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon Salt-
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 6 Chicken breast without bones and without skin

  • 6 tablespoon olive oil
  • 4th Carnations garlic smashed and peeled
  • 2nd tablespoon honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • 2nd Chipotle chiles in adobo sauce (ie Embasa brand)
  • 1 handful Coriander leaves
  • 1 Lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon Salt-
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 6 Chicken breast without bones and without skin
  1. Add olive oil, honey, salt, pepper, cumin, garlic, chipotles, coriander and lime juice in a food processor.
  2. Let the food processor run until the marinade is thick but not bulky.
  3. Pour over the chicken and marinate for at least four hours (remove 30 minutes before grilling).
  4. Heat your grill to medium / medium heat and grill the chicken for 6 to 8 minutes per side or until it is no longer pink.
  5. Let rest for 15 minutes before cutting.
