We experience the consequences of the corona virus – from isolation at home to struggling with the roles of work / caregiver / partner and an uncertain future. We face a variety of challenges.
You may not be able to attend every session due to work or family. Please come to as many as possible. We will offer the recordings of the meetings to listen to later.
Mindfulness and meditation provide perspective and stability in these struggles.
Changes are necessary on a personal, social and global level.
The course includes guided meditations, instructions, and daily conversations to assist you. The practices create an inner resilience so that we can support others.

Thursday 8:30 p.m. – 9:15 p.m. – Introduction by Christopher and Ulla
21:15 – 21:45 – Guided meditation
Friday, June 19 – 8:00 a.m. – 9:00 p.m.
Saturday, June 20 – 8:00 a.m. – 9:00 p.m.
Sunday, June 10th 8:00 a.m. – 10:00 a.m. Closing session.
All meetings will participate in the zoom.

Ulla is offering the last zoom meeting in the o Mindfulness of the Mind-Meeting series on Tuesday, June 16 and Chistopher on June 23 at 8:00 p.m. CET.
The 60-minute meeting consists of a guided meditation, a lecture and a Q&A. Everyone is welcome.

Christopher offers the “Sunday Wisdom Series” on Sundays at 8:00 p.m. CET. In the one-hour lessons, which consist of guided meditation, a short lecture and questions and answers, he addresses a variety of topics related to mindfulness, meditation and wise living.

Ulla offers Sundays at 8:00 p.m. CET a series on mindfulness based on the Satipatthana Sutta, Buddha’s discourse on the establishment of mindfulness. The one-hour course consists of a guided meditation, a short lecture and a time to ask questions or exchange practical experience. The course can be attended at any time and is held in German.
