- 2nd cups Flour (we use einkorn)
- 1 Cup Butter, cold
- 1/2 Cup sugar
- 1/4 TL Salt-
- 2nd cups sugar
- 1/4 Cup Flour (we use einkorn)
- 1/2 Cup Lemon juice (fresh is best)
- 1 TL Lemon peel (fresh is best)
- 4th Eggs
- 1/4 Cup Powdered sugar for dusting
Preheat the oven to 350 ° F.
Combine the ingredients for the crust in a food processor or pastry knife, but the food processor works best. Pulsate until the butter is completely mixed and the mixture keeps its shape when pressed.
Press the crust into a parchment-lined 9 x 13 pan until it is well compacted.
