The ranking is based on 2019 sales data provided by the California Desert Association of Realtors (CDAR) and the Palm Springs Regional Association of Realtors (PSRAR). Palm Springs Life Magazine then compared the data with Terradatum’s BrokerMetrics and checked the numbers with each agent’s broker / manager.
