There is understandably so much uncertainty and fear in the world right now. However, as an agent you have the ability, power and responsibility to be an authority figure in your social field. People look at you. How do you do that?

Communicate constantly with your sphere and ask them what their questions and concerns are in the light of current events. Also convey positivity. Design your messages so that they highlight a positive indication of the situation.

Branding

Show your branding and marketing that you are brave and confident. Create a short, simple video that shows your expertise on a specific luxury property topic. For example, discuss what protocol you are now using to view properties. Show your sphere that you are not afraid. Click to tweet

When you do this, you will find that people perceive and treat you differently. They start by asking you more questions and having more conversations. They will see you as a leader and authority figure.
