Invitation to admission to the BUTH School of Nursing: The teaching hospital at Bowen University (formerly Baptist Medical Center), Ogbomoso, State of Oyo, invites applications from suitably qualified candidates for inclusion in the School of Nursing program for the academic session 2020/2021 a.
The School of Nursing Ogbomoso is an agency of the Nigerian Baptist Convention and an integral part of the formal Baptist Medical Center, which is now Bowen University’s Ogbomoso Teaching Hospital
Education of elementary school students in nursing education. The school serves as the basis for their future growth and development in their chosen profession.
Students who must be adequately equipped for eye, ear, nose and throat (ENT) and psychiatric experiences by being sent to the University College Hospital (UCH) Ibadan or the Neuro-Psychiatric Hospital, Aro, Abeokuta .
Exposure to better clinical experiences in the community both inside and outside of their environment.
Development of competencies in the theoretical and technical aspects of nursing practice, which aim at preventive, curative and restorative care.
Acquiring attitudes, interested in knowledge and appreciation that facilitate progress towards the optimal potential for spiritual, mental and emotional growth.
Develop awareness of the needs of the community and understand the role of the nurse in meeting those needs.
Developing in Christian youth the desire to be positive witnesses to Christ when they care for the patient’s needs.
To teach students the principles for the spread and control of communicable diseases and participation in the control, eradication and immunization program.
Applicants must meet the following requirements:
1. Male and female candidates who have successfully completed upper secondary education can acquire the form with credit in at least five (5) subjects, including English, math, biology, chemistry and physics
2. If there are no more than two meetings, examinations are to be conducted by one of the three accredited SSCE examination committees. H. NECO, NABTEB and WAEC, qualified to purchase the form.
3. Applicants must not be younger than 16 years

**** Upload the required documents such as results at O-level, birth certificate, identification of the local government, bank counter (size 100-200 KB) and passport in JPG / PNG format (size 10-20 KB).
**** Print out your already completed registration form, the certification certificate and 2 copies of the examination certificate.
**** You will change your bank employee, which you received from UBA Bank, into a school receipt after registration in the hospital’s account department.
