Above all, don’t trust your own blogging fears.
Fears are sneaky. Sometimes you have no idea that you fear something until an event triggers fear. Wake up call. The truth sets you free, but fear releases events that reveal the truth. Don’t trust or honor blogging fears or you’ll fight, fail and quit pitifully. Toasting in fear. Feel these emotions, however uncomfortable they may feel. Let go of the emotions. Go on to be successful. We all have to pay the Whistler anyway.
For example, imagine that you want to write an eBook and publish it yourself, but fear that no one would buy it. You fear that no one trusts you enough to buy an eBook from you. Successful bloggers feel every fear and write the eBook, publishing the reading themselves. Failing bloggers trust every fear, never write the eBook, struggle and fail. Easy process to watch. But an uncomfortable hugging process because feeling fear and continuing triggers more fear of the face and letting go.
Imagine writing your eBook and publishing it yourself. Sales are growing slowly but steadily. Brilliant. But negative reviews appear. Some angry customers post biting, nasty 1-star reviews. Negative ratings trigger fears in your being. You fear what negative reviews mean for your sales, your reputation and your brand. However, the road to more blogging success is through these shared fears. Don’t trust everyone’s fears, because success grows when you give the fans all the energy and the critics don’t. Fear dissolves. More traffic and higher profits flow towards you. Why? They did not trust fear, but also opted for unpleasant things that triggered more fear. Welcome as a professional blogger… ..or… ..welcome as an aspiring professional blogger.
Blogging is easy, but sometimes feels very uncomfortable. I spend a decent part of my time and energy feeling fears, relieving fears, and going in more liberating, more successful directions. The process is fairly easy to understand, but more difficult to put into practice. Note; I said not difficult to do, but uncomfortable. It’s hard to lift 10,000 pounds if you can’t lift a spring. physically impossible. It is inconvenient to see, feel and let go of fears so that you trust your heart and do not trust your fears.
Notice; your fears are YOUR fears; You have fears and can reject fears at any time by moving in the opposite direction as fear dictates. Everything is in your hands. Everything is up to you. But the process of having fears, feeling, and letting go to deny these energies sometimes feels emotionally chaotic. Hi; it happens. Join the blogging club. A few moments of unpleasant feelings open up a life full of fun, freedom and liberation as an established, professional blogger. Is it worth a few scary moments to eat a fear sandwich in order NOT to trust these energies? Bet it’s worth it? But you have to fully commit not to trust fear to feel these uncomfortable energies and move in the opposite direction. Do it. Be all in. Increasing blogging success awaits you.
My advice is to spend more time in self-help practices. Consider meditating. Discover yoga. Take time out for a daily energy management ritual to dispel your fears. Fears feel powerful, but overcoming and disempowering fears always feel easier when you become fully aware of your fears and how these energies affect your blogging campaign.
