How to stay productive and healthy while working from home!
During this period with the Covid 19 outbreak, many of us work from home. While there are advantages to working comfortably from home, we can understand that it can be difficult to stay productive and keep your thoughts from getting off the rails. Here are some tips to ensure you stay productive and healthy during your time at home.
1. Follow a routine or schedule.
Make sure you get up at the same time each day. Create a daily schedule or routine to keep you up to date

2. Remember to take off your house clothes in the morning.
When you get up in the morning and put on work clothes, you can program your brain to be ready for work.
