Peach ice cream sandwich at the masters
Nothing says spring and summer like fresh peaches. This recipe was inspired by another popular treat at the Masters golf tournament – the Peach Ice Cream Sandwich. I’ve never had the pleasure of eating the ice cream sandwich, but I’ve heard it is delicious. I wanted to make a copy at home, but I really didn’t want to deal with making the individual sandwiches. So I opted for a Masters Peach Ice Cream Pie instead. Sugar biscuit crust filled with a creamy and delicious homemade peach ice cream. Let me tell you this is DELICIOUS! I wanted to eat the whole cake! It’s so light and full of peach flavor.
How to make ice cream without a machine
This peach ice cream cake is super easy to prepare. The best thing about the whole recipe is that you don’t need an ice maker to fill the ice! YAY !!! You also don’t have to cook the ice cream base and the filling doesn’t contain eggs. I told you it’s super easy!
Start making the crust. Crush the cookies and mix with some melted butter. Squeeze the crumbs into a springform pan and set them aside. Next, do the ice cream filling. Puree some slices of peach in the food processor. Mix the whipped cream, sweetened condensed milk and the peach puree. Stir in a few chopped peaches and pour the mixture into the springform pan. Cover the pan with some foil and put it in the freezer.
Peach ice cream cake with sugar cookie crust
When you’re ready to serve this peach ice cream cake, take it out of the freezer and leave it on the counter for about 20 to 30 minutes so it can be sliced more easily. Top each slice with a pinch of whipped cream and a small slice of fresh peach.
This cake is sooo good. It’s great for all of your upcoming gatherings. I love doing this for cookouts, BBQs, potlucks, dinner parties and Easter! I love that you can do it early and pull it out of the freezer when you’re ready to eat.

- 2nd (7.5 ounces) Pocket Pepperidge Farm Chessmen Cookies
- 5 tablespoon Butter, melted
- 3rd cups sliced peaches, fresh or frozen
- 2nd cups fat whipped cream
- 1 (14 ounces) can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 TL vanilla
Puree 2 cups of peach slices in the food processor until they are smooth. Put aside.
Whip the cream until the tips are stiff. Fold in sweetened condensed milk, peach puree and vanilla.
Chop the remaining cup of peach slices. Fold in a cream mixture.
Put ice cream in the biscuit crust. Cover with plastic wrap and put in the freezer. Freeze for 6 hours or until setting.
