In this case, the U.S. 3rd Circuit Court of Appeals appeals court upheld a Pittsburgh ordinance that creates a 15-foot buffer zone outside of a healthcare facility, including a planned parenting clinic. in the Bruni v. Pittsburgh city, (3d Cir., February 6, 2019) the court confirmed the regulation by interpreting it so that it did not cover the anti-abortion advice on the sidewalk.
