I did a few IG Live workouts this week and wanted to share one here for everyone who couldn’t tune in in real time. We did this quiet training (no jumping!) On Tuesday. It’s fast (23 minutes), but challenging.
I will continue these live workouts and try to add more than one workout video per week to my YouTube channel. It is important that we all take coronavirus spread seriously, and that means more time at home. I hope the IG Live workouts give you a taste of the group fitness class that you may miss right in your living room. Stay safe, everyone!
Quiet training – no equipment required
This calm training is divided into three cycles. In each cycle you will do three exercises in a row for 30 seconds. You then rest 30 seconds before repeating.
In circuits 1 and 2, alternate right / left. You will complete four sets and complete the circuits twice on each side. In circuit 3 you will only go through it three times.
As with all workouts, you want to make sure you are properly warmed up beforehand and always listen to your body by modifying or stopping it as needed. I have two guided warm-up exercises:
