As of March 15, 2020, our employees will no longer be available for personal meetings. We assume that this policy will be valid for at least two weeks.
If you are planning an upcoming face-to-face meeting, we will switch it to a conference call or video, or it may be postponed. Customers and couriers can drop off or pick up documents, but the front door is locked so you have to ring the bell to enter. We are currently planning to have one person on site daily to manage mail, courier and deliveries. However, the rest of our team will work remotely.
Fortunately, all of our systems are already set up to work remotely, including all of our files and documents, practice management tools, and phones, so we expect the disruption to our business to be minimal.
As the situation evolves, this policy may change and comply with additional government policies and recommendations. More information can be found on the Government website.
