You can use this website if you, as an annuitant or survivor, receive benefits under the CSRS (Civil Service Retirement System), the FERS (Federal Employees Retirement System) or the FERS Special or the ORDS (Organization Retirement and Disability System).

Retirement Services Online offers pension services on request, including:

  • Change your withholding tax at federal and state levels
  • Change your mailing address
  • Change your password
  • Set up an assignment to an organization
  • Request a double pension book
  • Set up a test or savings allocation
  • Sign up to deposit your payment directly
  • Update your email address / registration to receive information electronically
  • View / print pension statement / income review
  • View / print 1099-R tax forms
  • Display / print retirement services reference
  • Card (ID card)
  • View / print a summary of payments since the beginning of the year
  • View / Print Life Insurance Review (FEGLI)
  • View the status of your case during the interim payment
