Empathy is an essential skill for anyone who wants to make a living from serving others.
A big part of our job is to show people that we can see, hear and help them.

But there is a fine line between false intimacy and genuine sincerity in a sales pitch. We were both exposed.

The good news is that everyone has a choice of which posture to adopt.

You can say it what you mean, or better – you can mean it before you say it.

The integrity of sincerity wins in the long run.
