If we only deal a little with basic quantum physics, we can see where scientific concepts make sense the law of attraction (The magic science behind the law of attraction).
Einstein’s theory of relativity showed us that atomic energy vibrates at different speeds. His famous equation E = mc2 proved that energy and matter are two sides of the same coin.
The entire universe is made up of energy that vibrates at different frequencies. The same energy that exists everywhere in the universe exists in us. Energy is therefore the basis of all physical reality.
Like everything else in the universe, every atom that makes up our physical body vibrates at a certain frequency.
Our cells communicate with each other in tiny impulses, tiny sparks of light energy that are transported in our bodies.
This energy is light and always moves both within and around our physical beings, but it is too difficult for us to perceive these different vibrations with our human senses.
Knowing that we are made of the same energy as everything else can help us believe that intelligence, an invisible consciousness, exists in all of us.
Our fate is really determined by our conscious and unconscious thoughts and feelings. We as humans have the power to make every potential future we want to attract a reality. The power lies in our own mind and in the universal mind in all its possibilities.
There are three simple, everyday ways you can start to align your energy with the energy of your desires.
- Feel the place where you have your wishes.
- Practice acting, speaking and being the person of your dreams.
- Take positive action for your dreams.
Understand that what you want on a vibrating, energetic level already exists. You need to open your mind to the infinite, limitless potential of the universe and the fact that time and space are man-made constructs of reality.
There are various future potentials that already exist on an energetic level – you can choose which one you want to experience based on your clear focus and attention.
1. Find the place where you feel
Practice the fun of imagining what it feels like to have what you want. Go as far as you can in your imagination before negative “reality” thinking prevails. How would it feel to stop worrying about your finances or your health?
Try to spend some time every day to really evoke these feelings in your emotional and physical body.
The neurosciences teach us that we have about 70,000 thoughts a day and 90% of them are the same as the day before. During our lives we wire thought patterns into our brains and these patterns keep strengthening our beliefs, perspectives and attitudes.
You have to deliberately make an effort to think differently than you are used to. You need to access new thoughts by finding the place of feeling of the things you want. When you feel forward, you attract new thoughts that begin to wire your neural pathways into new positive patterns.
2. Practice how to act, speak and be the person of your dreams
To put on whatever you want, pretend you already have it. It might be hard for you now
How can I pretend I have a lot of money knowing that I am earning the minimum wage? This is where the power of thinking, imagination and visualization come into play.
Imagine how this newly manifested reality would feel for you as the living. How would you behave differently? How would you speak to others and especially to yourself? Would you run differently or wear different clothes?
One of the best things you can do to bring new experiences to your life is to pretend. Do you want to be a professional writer? Act like you’re already one. Get a routine that you know real professionals follow, project this image in your head, and don’t let criticism from you or others ruin you.
Once you start embodying who you really are, you can’t help but become that person. The law of attraction must respond to you. Remember, our brain doesn’t know the difference between real and imaginary. Our minds are so powerful, whatever we believe is shown to us over time.
One of the most difficult parts of the Law of Attraction that people don’t talk about is the fact that it is difficult and almost impossible to create a new reality, that is, the manifestation of your desires, from a mental and emotional place the same as your old or present reality.
The solution lies on a different frequency than the problem. It is therefore important to literally enter a new mindset. You have to shed restrictive beliefs, outdated self-image and feelings of unworthiness and negativity. They have to arise from a place of open-minded faith and self-love. You have to be ready to change.
If you love yourself, anything is possible. If you love yourself, you don’t have to force anything or convince yourself of anything, you just expect good things to happen, and so they do it.
3. Take positive action for your dreams
Of course you have to behave in a way that supports the manifestation of your dreams. Attitude is everything; There is a difference between forcing you to do something you don’t want and taking positive action from a place where you are happy and optimistic.
For example, if you want to make money in a freelance company but are currently in a 9-5 job that you hate (make it more likely 8-7), you could start by doing some research on the nature of things you’d rather do.
Read articles about people who made it as entrepreneurs, and note how they did it and what steps they took. There is always time to do something in the day. Even ten minutes more a day, which you put aside as a “positive action”, will strengthen your self-confidence and self-confidence.
If you want to get fit, it can be the ten minutes a day you go for a long walk or run. Maybe you start small and add extra stretches or yoga before bed. Whatever it is, the key is to make fun of it and feel good about it.
Take a leap of confidence, control what is under your control in relation to your dream, and leave the rest of the simple science to the law of attraction.
