The latest data (2011) show that immigrants made up 20.6% of the Canadian population. In other words, one in five people was an immigrant.
In 2011, 26,715 immigrants from Peru lived in Canada.
Most Peruvian immigrants lived in Quebec (43%), Ontario (39%) and British Columbia (11%).
Peruvians mainly lived in three cities: Montreal (10,555), Toronto (8,100) and Vancouver (2,485).

In fact, Statistics Canada issued warnings and precautions regarding the use of the NHS data prior to the first publication of the NHS results. You should therefore handle these data carefully.
