Boho Pokemon birthday party
This is what Samantha shared about planning / organizing the party:
“When Sharon came up to me to host a Pokémon party for her son Christian, we were so excited to accept it. Sharon, the general manager of a very popular luxury brand, has the most exquisite taste and she had the wonderful idea of taking nature indoors with a picnic in the back yard. I mean – if this isn’t a dream project, I don’t know what it is. In addition, Sharon is THE nicest, sweetest and easiest customer ever! Despite her stature, she was simply the best you could work with and we would literally take every chance to work with her again. It is officially at the top of our favorite customer list.
When we visited their venue, it was very warm and had golden and yellow tones everywhere. So I wanted to add a very rustic feel to your party and add a few muted colors to make up for the yellow. We made a wonderful setup in the middle where we created a cozy and warm picnic area with tons of blankets and throws, pillows, bean bags and a pinch of baskets and potted plants.
At the dessert table we used the round window of the room. We made tasteful balloon garlands with white and yellow balloons and leaf inserts to flank them. The table had wooden lamps, small wicker pineapples, and roughly polished gold wrought iron ware. We also added a lot of wood and rattan. Cookies were made by The Little Whisk and our desserts were designed by Cuppacake.
We have also made your gift and drink tables to match the topic.
The families were so surprised when they entered the venue and saw an inviting area where everyone could relax. Sharon wanted to have a more cozy feel for the party, where kids and parents just hang around, watch movies, and really interact with each other.
We set up a projector in our trustworthy little teepee, had trays of snacks that guests could only come from, and distributed stools and bean bags around the area.
We have also made sure that our products are reusable and receive various pillows that families can choose from and take home with them. “
