Airoom redesign highlights from 2019 Home Renovation

3 minutes reading

The new year is in full swing and the Airoom crews are working hard to remodel homes across Chicagoland. But before we leave 2019 behind us, we’d like to remind you of some of the fantastic projects we completed last year. Everything from the renovation of a brick house to the improvement of the farm kitchen. Here are the stories of three Airoom homeowners whose lifestyle changes and new perspectives inspired three beautifully remodeled homes.

Brick House Foreign Makeover Winnetka

This great Winnetka project was much more than just renovating a brick house. It required demolition of half of the existing structure, including several bedrooms and the garage. A new three-story annex was built that includes a basement with 10-inch ceilings, a training room, and a wet bar. The main level has a brand new kitchen, breakfast room, office and three car garage. A new portico was installed on the front view, along with brand new windows throughout the house. The result is a modern, updated look, expanded space, and superior structural integrity for the home. Home bathroom Remodel-Naperville

After the dust has settled and your renovation project is complete, the small details decide the success and prove the quality. This four-part Naperville bathroom remodeling is an impressive example of excellent and detailed work.

A subtle yet breathtaking feature is the LED downlight, which is built into the wall next to the bathtub. The frameless glass paneling around the shower is a perfect addition to the monochrome design. And the built-in shower bench stands out beautifully from the smooth porcelain stoneware floor. Check out the album here to see the entire bathroom home renovation project including the wall with two vanities and stone accents.

Kitchen improvement project Lindenhurst

This amazing transition kitchen upgrade was a long time in the making for a very happy Lindenhurst couple. The design is unique and combines the contemporary look of white cabinets with the modern peasant appeal of wooden planks and open shelves. Custom mercury mirror glass on the pantry is all the rage and serves to improve the look of the room. A modern chandelier made of cut glass gives it a touch of elegance and tasteful architectural details. To view the entire kitchen improvement project, click here to view the album on our website.
