When changing jobs, keep in mind that you don’t have to work in this industry just because you have a job in a certain niche. There are all types of industries and companies that require IT, finance, sales, human resources, marketing, communications, PR, customer care, legal, administration, business, management, leadership, and other expertise. In fact, I’ve successfully improved my own career four times by changing industries.
Another tip that I share with my customers who want to change jobs is that if you want to make an immediate career change, you should choose jobs that have less competition.
