Hi Guys! Happy New Year 🙂 I can’t believe it’s a new decade! I have so much that I want to achieve professionally and personally this year. I hope this year brings health, happiness, peace and abundance to all of us. I believe so much in setting these goals and realizing them!
In this sense, you always ask me about my skin care routine and I am specifically asked: “How does your skin always look so moist and always glow?” I don’t think my skin is flawless (THANKS to everyone for the compliments, it’s seriously so nice!) But I will say that there are things I believe in to get better skin. Since you all asked for more and more beauty content, I wanted to endeavor to provide it for you and to share with you my favorite beauty products that I swear by. I firmly believe that a combination of healthy eating, training and drinking water works wonders for your skin.
Here are the steps for healthy, glowing skin:
STEP 1: Diet is everything! I know it sounds cliché, but it’s true. I was diagnosed with a stomach disorder more than 5 years ago, so I had to get rid of dairy, gluten and all meat products to get to the bottom of my problem. Although it was totally crappy at the time, I was determined to get well. As a result, I noticed a big change in the overall appearance of my skin. Now … I don’t advise you on a strict diet, but I believe cutting dairy products will change your skin. A mostly plant-based diet helped me to get a healthy intestine and glowing skin. And drinking water is the key!
STEP 2: Start with clean skin. I use purpose Morning and night. It doesn’t pull my skin off and remove makeup.
STEP 3: I use about 3 times a week Rodan + Fields micro dermabrasion paste, It changes life! It literally makes your skin glow. I use it in the shower to make my life easier and I notice a difference every time I use this product.
STEP 4: I use SkinCeuticals CE Ferulic (Likewise Here) Every morning after cleaning and after peeling with the paste. This stuff is like liquid gold. I swear! And since you only take about 3-4 drops a day, it definitely takes a while, so it’s worth the price. I then use SkinCeuticals Hydrating B5 Gel. It is super moisturizing and makes your skin so moist. I have been using both products for years. You are my contact person.
STEP 5: Moisten – I use Oil from Olay Moisturizer for sensitive skin. It has a sun protection factor of 15 and is very mild for your skin. I also use Tatcha’s moist skin cream and it really moisturizes your skin. Sometimes I use both together, it just depends on the day and how dry my skin feels.
STEP 6: Eye Cream – I twist and use a few different ones. The brands that I recommend are SkinCeuticals eye cream. Saturday Skin eye Cream, La Prairie Skin Caviar eye cream. L’Occitane Divine Eyes and Savvy vacation eyes,
STEP 7: If I feel that my skin is not moist enough, I add a very small amount Aquaphor on my moisturizer. It helps trap moisture especially in winter.
There you have it!! My skin care is simple and easy. In addition to the above routine, I also recommend the following products. Some of these brands that I’ve worked with in 2019 and I’m very excited about them because I love working with brands that I love and that I actually use. This includes: Venn Skincare lifting mask.Venn skin care all-in-one concentrate. Summer Friday jet lag mask. Leather eye masks and leaf mask, SIO Beauty silicone plasters, The new tool from SIO Beauty CryoDropis my new favorite part of my routine. I use the CryoDrop every day. I made a video about the new cryo line and how I use it is now live on my IGTV. I use at night Extended night repair by Estee Lauder,
