Coffee makes me a good person. You really don’t want to get to know me without my morning mug!
But caffeine is a diuretic, which means you pee more – technically, your body will lose more water. Too much (e.g. four cups of coffee a day) can dry out your skin. Hello boredom!
You can fight dehydration by doing the most obvious thing ever – drinking a glass of water after your coffee! This way you restore the moisture that your body has lost.
