Vegetarian Christmas Menu – Ann Marie Ruby Spirtuality

I know how difficult it is to find a low-carbohydrate vegetarian meal every day. Nevertheless, I have made this fight easy and pleasant. Now I would like to share with you all my vegetarian Christmas menu.

Vegetarianism and spirituality were for me my way to awakening from within.

Meditation or Dhyana is a spiritual journey through which I have found so much more than I have ever thought human possible. Clear consciousness filled my whole soul. I walked this way with a candle in my hand for myself and everyone else who needed that light. The glowing candle led me through the dark nights. Being vegetarian was my inspiration and prayers were answered.

During Christmas 2011, I had donated all my food, which was filled into the freezer, to a shelter for mothers and small children who needed a helping hand.

I had seen first-hand how these children, who were not in their warm, comfortable home, found these accommodations their home. For the first time in my life, I went to an animal shelter to think about the others, not me. Donating personally to a shelter was never a thing I had done, as I had always heard, but I never really participated.

I always think of the children of this world who are waiting for a warm meal.

Marble floors, air conditioning and a warm bed were gifts from my family. Hot meals and luxurious dinners were prepared as the helpers stood there to hear my compliments. I do not know why all the luxuries of life did not find peace in my mind, my body, and my soul, unlike that cold winter night of December, when and at the time I began my new journey. The tears are running for the children of this world, not because of my own problems.

I awoke when my love for people and their love for me enveloped me in a bond called humanity. The first thing I let go was meat and became a vegetarian. Then I started this walk where my life became easy. I have not asked for the helping hands of my family or friends. However, I set out to go alone. I became the lonely traveler, exhausted and tired. Nevertheless, I was completely satisfied on my journey.

So I found myself and my full faith in spirituality.

My journey began when I tried to unite all the different races, colors and religions in my house through my words of wisdom. I'm also worried about the children who do not eat meat and are vegetarian, but still want to enjoy a good Christmas dinner.

Now, every holiday, I know how hard it is for a vegetarian to feel welcome at the same tables.

My friends would be worried about what I would eat if I had no meat? You would think how not to offend me when talking on vacation. I would always offer to take a dish and freshly baked bread as a gesture. I have learned and taught that all holidays are filled with flavors of freshly baked bread and different spices that create different recipes in our neighborhood. All houses are full of love, joy and peace. Candles are lit to keep the peace. It's not about the special food, but about the love we share among each other.

This season, I want all the children of this world to come under one roof through our blessed kitchens, cook the holiday lunches for all. May all the little faces, belonging to different races, colors and religions, find love, joy and harmony. May all the little hands find hot cakes baked just for them. Do not leave a single child without a meal in cold, harsh winter. May all parents who try to give their children a Christmas present know that children only want love and hugs from all.

No money can buy these precious gifts given by a mother or father to their children.

Let this season be a season of love, joy and harmony. Let us not allow the lack of money or too much money to take away the blessed miracles of this season, known as love and goodness.

My goal in life is to open an orphanage for all races, skin colors and religions. The meals we share are the same. The prayers The children recite while they give mercy, they would not share, but unite them in my little home. Until I can afford and build such a house, I urge you all to bring your children to safety and give to the children who sleep on an empty stomach. Stick to the children of this world, through your blessed giving of love and kindness this holiday season.

Food should unite us all, not share. So I created a vegetarian meal where all differences are celebrated as we become one.

My vegetarian meals have found their guests around the world. Together for humanity we are human beings. All my inspiration and love that I have found are of you, the human being with the humanity. I was grateful for the blessed Thanksgiving menu I had put together for my gift as you all accepted my Thanksgiving menu. Today I put together my Christmas menu for you all.

Vegetarians and non-vegetarians can all enjoy a great vegetarian meal. Today, you can invite all your friends to your vegetarian dinner without worrying about what to serve. Be inspired by the colorful rainbows and the beautiful tulip fields. Know the artist, the creator has set all the colors within an art as we were created differently, but set within a world. So we humans can accept all different people and different dietary habits and put them on a dining table to share with everyone.

India, the land of spices, has given this world luxurious vegetarian food to share around the world.

I've traveled through Mexico, the Caribbean Islands, Europe, Asia and Australia (these are the places or continents I've traveled to, all the others I have not traveled to, so I hope I will not offend anyone.) I'll travel one to you all Day.) I found that vegetarian dishes have taken their place in all hotels and fast food restaurants. When I was in the Netherlands to order food, unknown men and women stood by my side. They explained the waiters and helped me with the menus. These strangers also tried to give a carbohydrate calculation. I stood and watched these unknown strangers. I wondered if they are vegetarians or diabetics.

They answered, no, they were not vegetarians, they respected vegetarianism and just tried to help. I had embraced so many unknown Dutch strangers who had hugged me and reminded me that they came from the land of the Peace Palace. The food connects the travelers with the cultures of the world, while we all unite on the dining tables.

Also in this Christmas I have put together my vegetarian dinner menu for you as a vegetarian and for you as a non-vegetarian for your vegetarian family and friends.

Let's light a candle for all races, colors, and religions at our dining tables as we grace this holiday season. Spirituality is a way and you are the traveler. Life is a journey where you are on vacation. Not every day will be the way we planned it. However, the diary is written as you end your journey through life. May we find each other as friends and blessings on this journey. Be there for all people, because they are all there for you.

EGGPLANT FRITTERS

These crunchy donuts are perfect for low carbohydrate and vegetarian snacks or appetizers.

  • 2 eggplant
  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 7 eggs (or equivalent egg substitute)
  • 1 prize salt
  • 1 prize black pepper
  • olive oil (as needed for frying)
  • Cut eggplants into small pieces.

  • Dip the eggplant pieces into a dough made of almond flour or chickpea flour and eggs or egg substitute.

    • Fold the tortilla in half like a taco dish and cover the filling. Dip your fingers in water and press your fingers on the edges to seal the pastry.

    • Have a couple of eggs (mixed) or egg substitute in a separate bowl.

    • Dip the pastry in the egg mixture and fry it immediately. Make sure that there is no additional egg mixture on the pastry before frying.

    • Roasted golden brown. When the egg is cooked, the pastry is ready.

    VEGETABLE SOUP

    This vegetable soup is vegetarian and low in carbohydrates! The perfect winter comfort soup.

      • 1 bag Fresh cranberries
      • 1 cups blueberries
      • 2 cups Splenda
      • 1 1/2 Packages pectin
      • Cook the cranberries in a saucepan.

        CRANBERRY SAUCE
      • Then add Splenda, blueberries and pectin when you turn off the stove.

      • Mix all the ingredients and put them in the bowl you want to serve.

      • Put in the refrigerator overnight. I baked with blackberries and sour cream.

      TOFURKEY BAKED

      A vegetarian and low carbohydrate variant of the general holiday classic replacing Turkey.

        I'm cooking slowly for two hours. However, one hour of baking time is recommended for each roast. I added extra items to extend the cooking time.

      VEGETABLES CITRON FRIED RICE WITH TRANSFERRED MEAT BEYOND BURGER

      This fried rice is the perfect vegetarian and low carbohydrate Christmas dinner.

      • 4 cups Low glycemic index basmati rice
      • Beyond burger
      • lemongrass (1 bunch)
      • Fresh lemon juice
      • Mixed vegetables (Your choice)
      • 1 carton vegetable stock
      • salt Taste
      • pepper Taste
      • olive oil
      • Add all ingredients in olive oil and fry the rice for a few minutes.

      • Add 9 cups of water and cook the rice.

      • Set the cooker to medium heat and then low heat while the rice is cooking. I usually doubled the water but increased it by one cup as I added extra ingredients to the rice.

      • 1 tsp Curry powder
      • Chili Powder (As needed)

      • Marinate all the vegetables in olive oil, curry, chipotle aioli, chilli powder, salt and pepper.

      • Add lemon juice while marinating.

      • Then fry in olive oil until crispy.

        STIR FRY PARVAL

      Mashed cauliflower with meat beyond burgers

      Replace mashed potatoes and meat with this delicious low-carbohydrate and vegetarian alternative!

      • 1 Cup Vegetarian broth

      • 2 boxes Swerve Sweets Cake Mix (And ingredients required for the cake mix, as indicated on the box)
      • 1 box Fat whipped cream
      • 16 ounces Whipped cheese
      • 1.2 Cup Splenda (Adapt to taste)
      • 1 tablespoon vanilla
      • These cakes are low in carbohydrates and can be layered as desired. These were boxes bought in the store and I bake according to the box. I baked two cakes, chocolate and vanilla, then layered them.

        DOUBLE LAYER CAKE WITH FLAKED CHEESE CREAM FROSTING
      • However, I have made the cream cheese whipped cream separately, I have used a 16 ounce cream cheese container and a bottle of heavy whipped cream. Add a tablespoon of vanilla and splenda to taste and continue to mix until you have your preferred consistency. I mix with an electric hand mixer. The bowl in which you hit everything should be cooled beforehand. I then added pecans to top the cake. You can also add berries or something you prefer. I bake it this way to keep the carbs low.

      The ice cream is bought in the store and is sugar free. I put it in bowls, which are baked with berries and homemade whipped cream. Caramel sauce or chocolate sauce is optional.
