Dear Mark, thank you for asking me for my contribution. And thank you for your endless support, inspiration, and courage that you show every day in your letter, healthy food, and presence.

I was food addicted. I was unhealthy. I did not really care.

Interestingly, I had Mark's Daily Apple on my computer for years and never realized it was you or that it really could help me. some cool ideas … one day. When the stronger idea of ​​doing something about the fact that I did not feel so good came to me (age 65), it was the book Original blueprint that was there for me and that attracted me. Ultimately, I'd have to lower my carbohydrates even more to succeed in losing weight, but I'm glad I started with your book because it was about wonderful things like barefoot running and beach volleyball with young stallions. It made me think and opened my view of food and life.

The pictures above are the beginning, middle and on-going part of my Keto / New Lifestyle lifestyle. I now use fasting and low-carbohydrate foods to keep shaping and improve and maybe lose a little more. I think that it is now rather transformed and renewed than it is aging.

I am now kayaking with people younger than me and training a few hours a week with a gyrotonic teacher. I am 19 months in my new journey.

Once I made the decision and decided to make keto, and my body switched to burning fat as a fuel instead of carbohydrates, which took me 3-4 months, when it became easy for me and since then has been a joy. Let's see … eat this piece of bread or FEEL FANTASTIC. No chance, especially since I can have my own bread, which I make with all organic ingredients.

I enjoy my life so much more. Food is this wonderful feast after a bit of fasting. I read and continue reading, and the adventure will never end.
