One of the most famous pop singers of the present is Camila Cabello, a former member of The X Factor group, Fifth Harmony. Probably the biggest hit of last summer was "Havana", a homage to their birthplace. This summer Cabello struck again with the song "Señorita" with her Canadian friend Shawn Mendes.
Although Cabello was born in Havana, she grew up between Mexico City, where her father was born and raised. However, her family moved to Miami when Cabello was five years old. She later became an American citizen in 2008. Cabello first starred in The X Factor, but was eliminated during the Boot Camp section of the show. However, she was called back to form a group of girls with four other girls.
In 2017, Cabello broke out with her solo career and has been one of the most popular pop singers in the last two years. Now Camila Cabello has written music history by recording on Havana the best-streamed song of a leading actress on Spotify. Congratulations Camila!
