The management of Federal Polytechnic Offa has officially announced the OffaPoly Acceptance Fee and Payment Procedure for the 2019/2020 academic session. This guide is intended for newly admitted students admitted to the IJMB, National Diploma (ND) and Higher National Diploma (HND).
With this medium I would like to inform and inform members of the general public, in particular candidates who have been offered preliminary admission to various programs at Federal Polytechnic, Offa (OFFAPOLY), including IJMB, National Diploma (ND) and Higher National Diploma (HND ) Programs for 2019/2020 that the school board has announced the amount to be paid as acceptance fee, payment procedure and payment term.
Offa poly acceptance fee:
Candidates who have to pay the admission fee are obviously those whose names appear on the school admissions list.

Offa poly acceptance fee schedule:
- N15,000 (only fifteen thousand naira) for ND (full time) and HND (full time).
- N10,000 (only ten thousand naira) for IJMB.
The School Admission Board indicated that all admitted applicants are recommended to use the procedure described below for the payment of the registration fee:
a) Applicants must pay an acceptance fee equal to the above amount when using an ATM card that is compatible with Inter Switch.
b) After successful payment, you must ensure that you print the receipt online via the OffaPoly acceptance fee and then switch to the official voucher on the scholarship.
c) Print the letter of admission online and submit it to the Federal Polyechnic Off-A, which is located on the main campus, for signature. (Applicants must enclose original copies of their certificates / results).
The deadline for this process is as follows:
HND full time: October 24, 2019 (for the 1st batch).
Full time ND: 25th October 2019 (1st and 2nd batches).
ND part-time: October 31, 2019 (for the 1st and 2nd charges).
IJMB: October 25, 2019 (for the first batch).
The Admissions Board has indicated that candidates who have not completed the above procedures will forfeit the admission offer.
