TACOMA, Washington. Visitors to the American Auto Museum (ACM) in Tacoma, Washington, will see one of the most famous movie cars of all time, a 1968 Ford Mustang GT 390 Fastback Bullitt Mustang until the 14th of July.

"We are happy that the owner of the Bullitt Mustang agreed to have it exhibited by 14 July, "said David Madeira, CEO of Automotive Trust. "It's an honor to have such a significant vehicle, the 21stst listed with the National Historic Vehicle Register of the Historic Vehicle Association, which is available to our guests. "

"Sharing Bullitt has always been my dad's collective dream, and I have often talked about it. The continued interest in the car, as well as our family history and the opportunity to share it through the exhibition at the America's Car Museum, is something I'm proud of and knows it's my dad, "said Sean Kiernan. Owner of the Bullitt Mustang

"The notoriety of Bullitt Mustang can not be overstated, "added Madeira. "It continues in a long line of memorable vehicles and displays that make the America's Car Museum a great destination for lovers of automobiles and history."

The Bullitt Mustang display is supplemented by Ford's new 2019 Mustang Bullitt, courtesy of the Northwest Ford Dealer Association, which gives the movie car lots of hints, including a Dark Highland Green color scheme, subtle chrome accents on the outside of the wheels, grille and windows and minimal badge with the Bullitt Logo.
