FG Makes One Bold Step To End ASUU Strike

The Federal Government appears to have issued a letter to the State Union of Universities (ASUU) the government.

On Monday morning, the President of ASUU, Biodun Ogunyemi, said the National Pension Commission, the regulatory agency for the country's pension companies, received the certificate of the Nigerian University Pension Management Company (NUPEMCO).

It reads; "Dear Comrade, We collected the final letter of approval of NUPEMCO operational license at about 11.20a.m. in PENCOM office this morning. Profound appreciation goes all the way and made this possible. While we congratulate all our members, we therefore thank them for their patience. The struggle continues! Biodun Ogunyemi. "

The union president told the News Agency of Nigeria that the leadership was still consulting with its members.

ASUU Gives FG Just One Condition To Call Off Strike
