A fleet of 55 new CS55 SUVs from Changan has successfully set a new Guinness World Record for the largest parade of self-driving cars.

In addition to setting a new world record of 3.2 kilometers in automatic driving mode, the Chinese automaker also demonstrated the first commercial L4 level application for commercial passenger transport, with automatic automatic pick-up and return, as well as the automatic automatic driving on the road and remote parking.

As early as November 2017, Changan, one of China's major automakers, was given permission to test intelligent vehicle systems on California's public roads.

The company also manufactures Mazda, Ford, DS Automobiles (Peugeut) and Suzuki passenger cars for the Chinese market.

It also has a joint venture with Jiangling Motors and produces Landwind SUVs like the Landwind 7 – remember that Land Rover Evoque Copycat?
