David de Gea is said to reject Manchester United's offers for a new contract and instead join Paris Saint-Germain if its current deal expires at the end of the season.

David De Gea is currently a free agent at the end of the season and can negotiate with new clubs in January. United manager Jose Mourinho recently admitted that he is "not sure" that de Gea will stay in the club.

According to the Daily Mail, the 28-year-old knows he will be offered a £ 300,000 per week contract if he is allowed to speak in January about moving to a new club.

With such a salary, De Gea would become the world's most profitable goalkeeper, earning around £ 15.5 million a year.

PSG currently have Alphonse Areola and Gianluigi Buffon as goalkeeping options, but De Gea would be a major upgrade for both of them

If De Gea dropped out at the end of the season, United desperately needed a new goalkeeper, and reports indicate that Jordan Pickford is at the top of the list of potential substitutes.
