Instruction

For this recipe, you need to soak one cup of lentils in advance. This should be done 8 hours before cooking the soup or overnight. After this time, wash the lentils in cool water. Add some pure water and punch lentils with a blender along with salt and hop-suneli seasoning.

Wash and peel the vegetables. Cut them into arbitrary pieces. First boil the potatoes and carrots. When these vegetables are cooked until half cooked, add a pumpkin to the pan. Boil a few more minutes, the pumpkin will quickly become soft. Turn off the soup and leave it to cool.

In the meantime, fry the pancakes from the finished lentils. Minced meat can be almost liquid. By the way, such pancakes can also be made from soaked Masha. Fry the lentil mince in a large amount of vegetable oil. Cutlets are oily, airy and not dry.

Next, prepare the dough for the cakes. Sift two cups of flour. You can add bran or take a small portion of whole-grain flour. So the cakes will be more useful. Add 7 tablespoons of vegetable oil, salt and coriander to the flour. Rub the oil with your fingers into the flour. Then add a little more than half a glass of water and knead the dough. Set the dough aside for 10 minutes.

Salt the cooled vegetables and add spices. Punch vegetables with a blender. Add two tablespoons of cold pressed vegetable oil. It can be mustard or olive oil. You can also use butter, if you do not have the habit of vegetable oils. The soup is ready!

Divide the dough for the cakes into 8 pieces. Roll each part in advance with a rolling pin. Heat a dry pan well and fry each tortilla over high heat. Flapjacks will inflate. This is delicious!
