Whether you like it or not, aftermarket tuning of cars is and will remain part of the automotive world.

The Model S has been produced In considerable numbers so far, some owners to ensure a personal touch to their vehicles. Distinctiveness is often crucial for high-end cars such as the Model S.

While on other ICE vehicles you may choose to add a set of spare wheels, an Aero kit or a controller, on a Model S you are usually limited to cosmetic details. After all, this battery-powered luxury sedan is one of the fastest off-the-line production cars that can buy money, so it does not take more pep.

This particular model S comes from DAY Motorsport, a Los Angeles-based tuner known for its clean and sleek aftermarket builds. This time, they've turned their attention to a Tesla Model S P90D. This vehicle is just below the flagship S P100D within the Tesla food chain. The P90D is a great combination of luxury, range and performance. When coupled with one Ludicrous speed Upgrade, the vehicle produces 525 hp and 713lb-ft of torque, giving an oppressive acceleration of 0-60mph (0-100km / h) in just 2.8 seconds.

For this Deep Blue Metallic Model S, the owner went with a range of lightweight HRE Classic 303M wheels, These monobloc forged wheels were designed as a tribute to the era when custom wheels gained popularity. They are designed to produce some of the most iconic wheel designs of the wheel manufacturer. However, these wheels are built to today's much higher standards of strength and quality, with a modern touch that perfectly complements any old or brand new vehicle – just like this Tesla.

While this is not for everyone, they look good on this Model S. You can see this build directly below.
