A patient’s journey: a story about COPD and cellular treatment Health Education

Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD) Often starts with difficulty breathing. Patients like Herb can go years before diagnosis. And after a diagnosis, the progression of chronic lung diseases like COPD can affect quality of life and longevity.

While there is no cure for COPD, certain treatments can help alleviate the symptoms and progression of chronic lung disease. Here Herb talks about his experience after diagnosing COPD – and how things started to change after his cellular treatment.

How COPD affected Herb’s life

Herb had been a smoker, commercial painter and demolitionist in his life. Each of these risk factors could have contributed to its COPD. He saw his doctors for the first time because he had difficulty breathing, but initially did not believe their diagnosis. Then he got pneumonia and ended up in the hospital.

Herb first thought of the Lung Health Institute cellular treatment because he felt he had nothing to lose. With only 20 percent lung capacity and the inability to walk short distances without oxygen, his quality of life was so bad that he believed the treatment could only help. After the first course of treatment, using cells from the patient’s own body and reinserting them into the lungs to stimulate healthy tissue growth, he was amazed.

Herbal life after cellular treatment

Although he admits that he can’t run a mile or skip a rope, Herb can now do the little everyday tasks that were previously unknown – vacuuming, making beds, cleaning the house. He has almost left his oxygen tank and can walk through the mall. Occasionally, he needs to rest for a few minutes, but can get up without the additional treatment he once relied on. He almost never gets sick, he has regained the weight he lost after his initial diagnosis, and he estimates that his health is 90 percent better. Even his family doctor now believes in regenerative lung treatment, he says.

Herb says his friends and family have noticed a big difference, and his daughter tells all of her friends about his improvements. He has referred four or five people to the pulmonary institute and uses his own experience to educate others about the option.
