The Aston Martin Rapide gets a long tooth, but the company is trying to maintain interest by introducing a high-performance AMR variant .

Preview of a Concept At the Geneva Motor Show 2017, the Rapide will become the second model of the company's new AMR sub-brand. It follows the trail of Vantage AMR which was presented last summer.

As you can see in the latest spy photos, the Rapide AMR has been fitted with an aggressive body kit that includes a new front fascia with a sportier grille. The model also has a front splitter, aerodynamic side skirts, a vented bonnet and 21-inch alloy wheels.

The unique styling features continue in the rear as designers built a unique bumper, rear spoiler and conservative diffuser. The dual exhaust system of the prototype is only temporary, as the company has already confirmed that the production model will have a quadruple construction.

Aston has said the interior will be "just as breathtaking" As drivers can expect to find Alcantara upholstery and carbon fiber trim. The concept also provided that the production model carbon fiber front seats and Lime Green will have accents inside and out.

As the concept, the road model will be a 6.0-liter V12 with a suction of 600 hp (591 hp / 441 kW). This is a significant improvement over the 560 hp (552 bhp / 411 kW) Rapide S, and the company has already announced that it will make the Rapide AMR the "fastest and most exciting four-door in the world at a speed of 337 km / h" will /h)."

Production will be limited to 210 units and Aston Martin CEO Andy Palmer has already confirmed that there will be an AMR version of each model of the Aston Martin series, including Extreme Valkyrie .
